Hezekiah (Solo) Summers, Jr., 58, passed away April 2, 2012 at Christian Care Facility.  He was preceded in by his parents Hezekiah Summers, Sr. and Jeanette Batey.  He was also preceded in death his brother Charles E. Summers and sister Mary “Ann” Brooks.  He is survived by son Leonta Summers; brothers Jesse Summers, Erskine Wade, Willie Lee, Vincent and Richard Batey, Terry and Henry Summers; sisters Margaret Puckett, Faye McCullough, Bertha Johnson, Tina Vaughn, Terri Batey, Janice Collier, Patricia Woods, Sandra and Bessie Summers; grandchild Ethan Summers and other relatives and friends.  Mr. Summers will lie in state Friday, April 6, 2012 at Rucker Memorial Chapel.  He will lie in state on April 7. 2012 at Webb Grove A.M.E. Church, Barfield, TN from 10 am to 11 am with family visitation from 11 am to 12 noon with funeral to follow at 12 noon.  Reverend Janie Dandridge will officiate with Reverend David Johnson eulogist, burial in Lovvorn Cemetery.  Services have been entrusted to Rucker Memorial Chapel.  615-895-2200 www.ruckermemorialchapel.com
